Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. 

 

Shipping Times ​​

We offer shipping across Canada. All orders are shipped from British Columbia. Typical shipping times for Major Urban Centres:

​

• Local: 1-2 business days

• Regional: 1-4 business days

• National: 2-8 business days

​

Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons and due to unforeseen circumstances. For Non-Major Urban Centres, Northern Regionals, and Remote Centres, the shipping time will be longer.

 

Please note that some products may arrive pre-assembled to help reduce shipping costs.

Self Pick Up 

​

Local customers have the option to choose self-pickup for their orders. All self-pickup orders must be collected at our designated location in South Burnaby, Upper Deer Lake area. The address will be provided once your orders are placed.

 

Orders are generally processed and available for pick up after 2 business days. We will contact you by WhatsApp once your order is ready to arrange an appointment for picking up. Kindly provide contact phone number when you place the order. ​
